For lovers of strong tastes, Roquefort is something really special. This sheep’s milk cheese from the South of France packs a tremendous punch thanks to its veins of blue-green mould. While France produces several good blue cheeses, Roquefort is widely recognised as the greatest of them all. Addictive on its own, it’s also a tangy, tasty addition to sauces and dressings, and it goes wonderfully with steak.

Roquefort can only be aged in one place in the world: the caves of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon in the department of Aveyron. It’s the law! So you can be certain that this half-wheel of Roquefort from Cantorel is the real deal.

Each half-wheel weighs approximately 1.4kg.
