NO DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

Mainland UK

All orders over £50 are dispatched free of charge using a tracked next-day delivery service.*

There will be a charge of £4.99 applied to all orders under £50.

*Orders placed by 12pm are dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). You will be notified via email and/or text message as soon as your parcel is dispatched. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service to ship all orders.

If your delivery includes perishable goods, please ensure someone is at your address on the day of delivery. Alternatively, you may designate a safe place or nominate a neighbour directly with Royal Mail once you receive your dispatch email or SMS.

To set up a safe place or neighbour delivery:

  1. Click the tracking link in your Royal Mail dispatch email or text message.

  2. Enter your postcode and delivery details.

  3. Select “Update delivery options”.

  4. Choose a safe place (e.g. porch, shed, garage) or nominate a neighbour.

  5. Confirm your selection before the delivery attempt.

Please note that once a safe place or neighbour delivery is selected, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you upon Royal Mail’s delivery confirmation.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time as delays can occur during transport, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.

outside mainland uk

Orders shipped outside Mainland UK are subject to the same shipping conditions as Mainland UK (see above).

Delivery to outside mainland UK includes the following destinations: Anglesey, Farne Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Lundy, Scottish Isles (Shetland, Orkney, Hebrides — Skye, Lewis, Mull…), and St Michael’s Mount.

NORTHERN IRELAND

Due to changes under the Windsor Framework, we regret to inform you that from 1st May 2025, we are no longer able to ship orders over £135 to addresses in Northern Ireland.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. We will continue to regularly review UK export rules to ensure our service remains as smooth and up-to-date as possible.

Orders shipped to Northern Ireland are subject to the same shipping conditions as Mainland UK (see above).

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items are subject to availability. If a product you order is not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and contact you about your delivery options. 

 
If your order contains perishable items, our insulated packaging is deigned to keep them cool during transit for up to 48 hours. After this time, we recommend refrigerating the items as soon as they arrive, as we cannot guarantee their condition beyond this period.
 

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged, please take a photograph of the affected goods and packaging, and contact us. Providing photographic evidence allows us to investigate the issue, liaise with our packing team and courier, and take appropriate action.
