Buying & Sending a Gift Voucher

How do I purchase a gift voucher?

Simply place your order for a BonneBouffe Gift Voucher now and you’ll receive a confirmation email. The recipient will receive an email with:

• The gift voucher value
• Your personalised message
• A unique code
• A direct link to redeem the gift card

What gift voucher amounts are available?

We offer six preset amounts: £15, £30, £45, £60, £75 and £100.

Note: Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

Can I schedule a voucher to be delivered on a specific date and time?

Yes, you can schedule a specific date for the voucher to be delivered. Please note that it will be sent at 7.00am on the scheduled date.

Can I customise the gift voucher message or design?

You can add a personalised message during checkout. Designs are currently not customisable.

Can I print the voucher?

If you’d like to give the gift voucher in person, you can print it. Just make sure to enter your own email address when you add the product to your basket so the Gift Voucher is sent directly to your inbox. Once received, simply print the email and give it to the recipient at your convenience.

Can I send one gift voucher to multiple recipients?

No, each gift voucher is sent to one email address only. To send to multiple people, please place separate orders.

Are gift vouchers available in different currencies?

Gift vouchers are available in GBP only and can only be used for orders delivered within the UK.

Can I combine multiple gift vouchers for one purchase?

Yes, simply add each gift voucher to your basket one at a time, making sure to enter the correct email address and recipient name for each one.

Delivery & Technical Issues

How is the gift voucher delivered?

Gift vouchers are sent by email only, either immediately after purchase or on your scheduled date. If scheduled, the email will be sent at 7.00am.

I entered the wrong email for the recipient. Can I change it?

If you accidentally entered the wrong email address for the recipient, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the delivery or use of a gift voucher sent to an incorrect email address. No refunds will be issued in such cases. We may be able to update the recipient’s email address, but only if the voucher has not yet been used. We cannot issue a new code or reissue the voucher if it has already been redeemed.

What if I lost my voucher code?

We recommend saving your voucher to your BonneBouffe account. If you’ve lost it, please contact us using the same email address it was originally sent to. We cannot resend codes to a different email for security reasons.

Using Your Gift Voucher

How do I redeem a BonneBouffe gift voucher?

There are two ways:

1. As a guest: In your basket or at checkout, enter your voucher code in the “Have a gift card?” box and click “Apply.”
2. With an account: Log in or register for an account, then go to My Account → Gift Card and enter your voucher code. Your balance will appear automatically at checkout, and you can choose to apply it to your order.

Can I use the voucher across multiple orders?

Yes, Gift vouchers can be used on separate occasions until the balance runs out.

Can I use multiple gift vouchers for one purchase?

Yes, you can use multiple gift vouchers on a single order. Just enter each voucher code one at a time during checkout  and the combined balance will be applied to your total.

Can I use a discount code with a gift voucher?

Yes, promotional codes can be used alongside gift vouchers, whether paying in full or partially.

Do I need to pay for shipping when using a gift voucher?

How do I check my gift card balance?

Log in to your account, go to My Account → Gift Card, and enter your code to see your remaining balance.

 Validity, Refunds & Policies

How long is the gift voucher valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the delivery date. The recipient will receive a reminder email 30 days before expiration.

Can I get a refund if I pay with a gift voucher?

If a refund is needed for an order paid with a gift card, the value will be refunded to the same card. Gift cards are non-refundable for cash.

Can I exchange my gift voucher for cash?

Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and can only be used on www.bonnebouffe.co.uk.
