Who said healthy has to mean boring? This refreshing and flavoursome tartare of Brittany seaweed is high in fibre and nutrients. The addition of lemon and shallot enhance the naturally subtle taste of seaweed to make a delicious combination.

A true superfood, seaweed has been cultivated in Brittany since the seventeenth century and is a key part of the region’s traditional cuisine. Spread this tartare on toast or crackers for an authentic Breton apéritif, or stir it through tagliatelle. It pairs perfectly with a dry white wine, mature champagne or rich sherry. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
