Product information
190g glass jar of beurre blanc sauce, made by Le Pere Eugene.
Le Pere Eugene is made by Le Grand Lejon, a supplier of French seafood products and accompaniments in the port of Binic, on the coast of Brittany.
This creamy sauce is made with butter, white wine and shallots, and is traditionally served with fish, although works equally as well with seafood like scallops, chicken and vegetables too.
We stock a wide range of products from Le Pere Eugene and Le Grand Lejon, from rouille and hollandaise, to soups, croutons and aoili.
