Chestnut spread from Clement Faugier makes the perfect seasonal treat, so here’s a wonderful recipe for a deliciously easy-to-make Chestnut fondant cake—ideal for sharing!
Ingredients:
- 500g chestnut spread
- 100g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 40g chestnut flour or T45 plain flour
- A pinch of salt
Melt the butter.
Mix it with the Clement Faugier chestnut cream.
Add the eggs one at a time, then the flour and salt. Pour your mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Let it cool down before slicing it and bon appetit!
