Chestnut Fondant Cake

Autumn has truly settled in, with its wind, fallen leaves, and beautiful colours… We love it! 

Chestnut spread from Clement Faugier makes the perfect seasonal treat, so here’s a wonderful recipe for a deliciously easy-to-make Chestnut fondant cake—ideal for sharing!

 Ingredients:

Melt the butter.
Mix it with the Clement Faugier chestnut cream.
Add the eggs one at a time, then the flour and salt. Pour your mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Let it cool down before slicing it and bon appetit!
