Gillot’s Palet Normand cheese is a local French delicacy made in the heart of Normandy. Similar to a Camembert, it has a soft and creamy texture that celebrates the use of farm-fresh milk, with a milder taste. To add an extra touch of indulgence, this small cheese is lightly sprayed with calvados, an apple brandy from Normandy.

Sourced from the pastures of Normandy, each cheese is made by Fromagerie Gillot using pasteurised cow’s milk.

This small cheese offers a satisfying balance of flavours and textures, making it an ideal addition to a cheeseboard, enjoyed with a crusty baguette, or spread on crackers.
