Divin Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc – 75cl 

This sparkling cuvée is made from dealcoholized French Chenin Blanc, offering gentle effervescence and a bright, fruit-forward profile. Expect light grape aromas, soft acidity, and a clean finish. Its fine bubbles result from controlled carbonation, creating a balanced drink suitable for pairing with both sweet and savoury elements in the hamper.

Prepared in Castelnaudary in southwest France, this parfait combines duck foie gras and poultry liver for a smooth, rich texture. Notes of nutmeg, pepper, and a touch of Armagnac provide depth without overpowering the delicate flavour of the liver.

This selection features soft Montelimar nougat coated in Valrhona dark and milk chocolate with orange. The nougat brings honeyed almond notes and a tender chew, complemented by the smooth bitterness of the chocolate.
