Elizaldia pot-au-feu is a slow-cooked stew that represents one of France’s most iconic dishes, prepared with care in the Southwest of France. Made with French beef, root vegetables, and a light, aromatic broth, it delivers a wholesome and balanced meal that’s both hearty and satisfying.
Each serving combines tender pieces of beef gently simmered with carrots, leeks and potatoes, creating a delicate texture and a naturally rich flavour. The result is a broth-based stew that’s warming yet light, ideal for sharing.
