Made using fish caught off the coast of Brittany, this rich, tomato-based soup is flavoured with herbes de Provence and is delicious sprinkled with crisp croutons, and a spoonful of rouille stirred through.
Le Pere Eugene products are made by Le Grand Lejon, a company located in Binic, a port on the Brittany coast. Ingredients: water, FISH 30% (origin Brittany), tomato concentrate, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, salt, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, garlic, leeks, LACTOSE, MILK proteins, Herbes de Provence, fennel powder, pepper, chilli, and colouring: paprika.
