Product information

Ash-Coated French Goat Cheese with a Bloomy Rind

Fine Fleur is a soft French goat’s cheese produced in the Poitou region using French thermised goat’s milk. Gently heated below pasteurisation temperature, the milk retains more of its natural flavour while ensuring consistent quality. A light coating of ash sits beneath the delicate bloomy rind, giving the cheese a subtle earthy character and a creamy, tender centre.

The cheese is hand ladled, allowing the curd to keep its delicate structure during maturation. Its mild goat’s milk flavour and smooth texture make it an excellent choice for cheeseboards, salads or warm goat’s cheese recipes. Fine Fleur Ash received a Bronze Medal at the Concours Général Agricole Paris in 2026.
