Saucisson with wild garlic 200g

This wild garlic saucisson combines French cured pork sausage with the fresh flavour of Ail des Ours. It’s a favourite in France, known for its meaty texture and deep, flavourful taste thanks to a lengthy curing process.

To enjoy this saucisson at its best, just slice it! Peel off the bloomy rind (depending on taste) and enjoy it with fresh French bread, or on its own with a handful of cornichons. Whole saucisson sec keeps extremely well in your kitchen cupboard but should be refrigerated after cutting. For optimal flavour, let it come back to room temperature before serving.
