This saucisson selection is made for meat lovers! It contains one each of the following saucissons:

Bull 200g
Pork 160g
Venison 200g
Wild Boar 160g
Duck 200g

These traditional cured sausages are made by hand in the Auvergne region of France. Slice thinly and eat them just as they are or use them as part of your next picnic or dinner party. Once sliced, these saucissons are best stored in the fridge, and we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before eating to intensify their flavour.
