Dried Ceps 500g

Dry ceps mushroom 500g box. Use dried mushrooms to add a quick, umami, earthy flavour to many dishes like risotto, broths, pasta. Soak the dry mushrooms in boiling water for 7 minutes, drain then rinse 2 or 3 times and use as you would fresh mushrooms.
