Entremont Gruyère PGI from France, a hard-pressed cheese made mostly from raw milk provided by Montbéliardes dairy cows and recognised for its small holes. Gruyère France PGI matures in warm vaults, developing little pea-sized apertures and a soft texture. This gruyere has been aged for at least 4 months and has a typical fruity taste and flexible texture.

The PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) label denotes a product that originates in a specific place, region, or country, and whose given quality, reputation, or other characteristics are primarily attributable to its geographical origin.
We always aim to send out products with the longest best before date possible, and you can expect 4 days as a minimum. Many of our fresh products will have a shelf life that exceeds this, so please get in touch if you’d like up-to-date information on our current stock. Our chilled products will be sent in temperature-controlled packaging with enough icepacks to keep them cool in transit for up to 72 hours.
