Dried haricot coco beans 500g
This 500g pouch of french ‘navy’ beans comes with full instructions for cooking, and are a significant part of the French cuisine. This legume must be soaked overnight before cooking.
You might like to try these creamy beans in a cassoulet or soup cooked in duck fat, they even taste wonderful served simply with some olive oil, salt and pepper stirred through.
