Product information

Marpom’s is a delicious mix of French chestnut spread and apple compote.
Chestnut spread is the traditional “Crème de Marrons de l’Ardèche” recipe created by Clément Faugier in 1885. The process begins with hand-picked, ripe chestnuts that are roasted to perfection, enhancing their natural sweetness. These chestnuts are then transformed into a velvety puree, which is delicately sweetened and flavoured with a hint of vanilla. In this version it is combined with apple puree, the result is a lighter snack that is easy to transport and gluten-free.

Clement Faugier is based in the charming town of Privas in the Ardèche region of France, a place renowned for its chestnut cultivation and culinary traditions.
