Valrhona Guanaja 70% Dark Chocolate 70g bar. Guanaja is a dark chocolate couverture from French chocolate maker Valrhona. It is made from a blend of beans originating from the Caribbean. The variety of beans used is a blend of Criollo and Trinitario. It contains 70% cocoa solids, which results in a chocolate that is bitter, yet very moreish. This is great chocolate to make ice cream, ganache, and use for coating or moulding. It is great paired with red fruits or caramel. This small format is also perfect for snacking or as a gift.
