Creamy French Garlic Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  

  1. Melt 30g of butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic cloves and cook slowly for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly golden.
  2.  Add the onions and cook another 2 to 3 minutes then add the potatoes and the rest of the butter. Cook for another 7 to 10 minutes until the onions are transparent. Stir occasionally so the potatoes don’t stick to the pan.
  3. Pour the milk and stock in and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
  4. Blend the soup until smooth, season according to taste and serve. Serve with croutons for extra crunch!
