Confit duck drumettes, also known as “manchons,” are taken from the lower part of the duck’s wing. This cut of meat is often prized for its rich flavour and tender texture, akin to that of a drumstick, making it popular in French cuisine, where the duck is a common ingredient.  

These tinned French confit duck drumettes are slowly cooked in duck fat and made only with French duck, duck fat, and salt, with no preservatives or additives. Very easy to prepare, the tender duck meat can be served with potatoes cooked in the leftover duck fat.  

Each tin contains between 27 and 33 confit duck portions. This large tin is ideal for catering use, professional chefs, or home cooks.
