Confit Duck drumsticks or “manchons” are slowly cooked in duck fat. The drumstick is the bottom part of the duck leg (the top part is the thigh). This confit duck is made with French duck, duck fat, and salt, with no preservatives, or additives. Very easy to prepare, the tender duck meat can be served with potatoes cooked in the leftover duck fat.
Each tin contains between 27 and 33 confit duck drumsticks. This catering-size tin is ideal for professional chefs or home cooks.

Confit duck is a traditional French dish from South-West France consisting of cooking very slowly duck in its own fat for a long time, the result is meat falling off the bone dish with salty, rich duck meat flavour.
