Lehuna (meaning creamy in Basque), is a small, very creamy pasteurised cow’s cheese from the Basque country. Underneath its thin crust hides a very soft and melting cheese. Slice and spread on crackers, a crusty baguette or add it to a cheeseboard with other Basque cheeses from Agour.
