500g Lautrec pink garlic string, 10 garlic bulbs on average per braid.
Lautrec pink garlic has the reputation of being one of the finest garlic in France. Grown and harvested in the south of France, this pink garlic is said to have been introduced to France in the Middle Ages. Pink Garlic Lautrec is a protected geographical indication indicating a specific garlic production from the Lautrec commune.
These ‘ail rose’ braid have a long shelf-life and are best stored hanging in your kitchen, out of direct sunlight. These garlic string make wonderful gifts for food lovers, and look beautiful hanging in your pantry or kitchen.
Lautrec pink garlic is known for its aromatic and subtle taste and is excellent in cooked dishes, as well as eaten raw.
