Dough Block for Pizza and Flammekueche

This 500g dough block can be used to prepare homemade pizzas or flammekueche, the thin-crust speciality from Alsace, also known as tarte flambée or flammkuchen. Flammekueche is traditionally topped with cream, onions and lardons before being baked until crisp.

Made in France by Husson, this dough is supplied ready to roll, making preparation simple. Remove from the refrigerator 10 minutes before use. On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough into a circle or rectangle, then add your chosen toppings such as tomato sauce, cream, cheese or vegetables.

Bake at 240°C until golden and crisp.
