Description
Guindillas are small, sweet green chilli peppers grown in the Basque country. Pickled whole, they are traditionally eaten at apéritif time as a popular addition to cheese and charcuterie platters like the classic French cornichon, they bring a pleasant tartness and crunchy texture to the table, but with a hint of mild spice that makes them unique.
Perfect for tapas, sandwiches, salads, grilled dishes, and charcuterie boards, these peppers bring a tangy, mild spicy flavourful kick to any recipe. Once open, they will keep in the fridge for several months.
