Chef lobster stock paste 560g

This paste creates up to 14 litres of lobster infused stock for professional, catering and home cook use. Made from lobster concentrate and aromatic garnish, this stock enhances seafood, can be used as a base for lobster bisque, as well as pasta and fish dishes. You could also use this stock paste to infuse sauces, risottos, poaching and fish soups. Its soft paste texture ensures easy implementation – simply dissolve in boiling or cold liquid, simmer for 3 minutes, and enjoy.

Ingredients – LOBSTER concentrate 25.4% (dehydrated LOBSTER, LOBSTER extract, water), potato starch, maltodextrin, coconut oil, sunflower, salt, yeast extract, vegetables: tomato paste, onion puree; sugar, MILK fat, extra virgin olive oil, LOBSTER extract, flavours (contains WHEAT), white wine extract, cognac, LOBSTER extract, MILK proteins, garlic puree rehydrated, emulsifiers: lecithin’s (contains WHEAT), mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids; pepper. May contain traces of FISH, MOLLUSCS.
