Pearl Sugar is also known as nibbed sugar or hail sugar. Our pearl sugar is perfect for adding a deliciously crunchy texture and sweet touch to a variety of baked goods, such as waffles, cinnamon buns (kanelbullar), brioches, French chouquettes, and Challah bread. Its bright white colour and irresistible crunch elevate any pastry recipe.
This pearl sugar is crafted to withstand surface heating, maintaining its high grade of whiteness and structure even after baking. It resists melting, ensuring it delivers sweet highlights and a delightful crunch in every bite. Great for catering and professional chefs.
With a size of sugar nibs between 1.25 to 4.0 mm, our pearl sugar is the perfect finishing touch to your culinary creations.
Pearl sugar has no best-before date but should be stored at approx. 20 °C in a dry area.
