Lightly dusted with icing sugar, they melt in the mouth and are ideal for elegant desserts like tiramisu, charlotte, and trifle.

Unlike crisp Italian savoiardi or French boudoir biscuits, these biscuits are much softer and sponge-like. Their tender texture makes them perfect for soaking up flavours without becoming too firm, giving your desserts a refined, melt-in-the-mouth finish.
