This variety is easily recognised by its vivid violet-streaked outer skin, a trait developed through its unique terroir and traditional farming methods.
Grown near the AOP-certified Cadours area, this garlic offers a mild, slightly sweet flavour, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen. Its taste is more delicate than white garlic, which allows it to be enjoyed raw, rubbed on toast, or minced into salad dressings while roasting enhances its natural sweetness.
