Douceur de France salted butter from French company Candia, 250g pack.

This butter is produced from the finest milk and cream, and is also available unsalted.

Salted butter can be used in your everyday cooking but also to make salted caramel, french shortbread (palet breton) Salted butter or “beurre demi-sel” is traditionally used with savoury pancakes (galette) or spread on bread when enjoying seafood.

This high-quality butter is ideal to have on hand in the kitchen, and has an 80% fat content.

Suitable for freezing.
