Sainte Lucie Orange Zest Paste 440g

Enhance your baking with Sainte Lucie orange paste, a superior orange preparation produced from natural orange flavours and orange peels. This versatile citrus compound provides the ideal blend of sweet, zesty orange notes, enhanced by the aromatic intensity and subtle bitterness of orange peel.

It is ideal for flavouring ice creams, sorbets, custards, cakes, biscuits, mousses, creams, and ganache, and adds a pleasant citrus twist to your creations.

To use, whisk thoroughly before mixing into your sweet or savoury dishes. For dairy-based recipes, it is best to add at the last minute. For the best taste, use 25-50g per kg of preparation.  
Storage: Store in its original container at room temperature in a dry location. Once opened, refrigerate and use within a month.
