These flavourful rillettes combine sea bass with crème fraîche and tangy yuzu juice. The citrus fruit yuzu is much prized in Japanese cuisine for its tart taste and aromatic qualities.
These French rillettes are delicious spread on toast as an appetiser, starter, or light meal.
Le Père Eugène has a large choice of quality fish conserves and condiments, from traditional recipes through to new flavour combinations. It is part of Le Grand Lejon, an award-winning producer of smoked and salted fish in the small port of Binic on the north coast of Brittany in France.
