Rillettes, a French specialty, are a type of pâté made from slowly simmered meat or seafood. 

Fish rillettes are best enjoyed with a lemon, spread on crunchy bread, paired with crackers, or served as canapés.  

This is an opportunity to try five different flavours of fish and seafood rillettes, made by Le Pere Eugene (and their parent company, Le Grand Lejon) in Brittany, France.
