Ferrigno Sardines With Olive Oil, Garlic and Lemon 135g

These wild sardines are prepared with extra virgin oil, garlic and lemon. Also called the Fishermen sardines (Sardines du Pecheur), they represent the classic flavours from France. Best enjoyed tapas style they can also become a useful ingredient for a dish.
According to traditions, wild sardines are hand-prepared and put on grids for steam-cooking in Ferrigno workshops based in Port Saint Louis du Rhone in Provence. They are guaranteed free of frying and are prepared with carefully selected ingredients. Sardines are like fine wine, they get better with time!
