Made from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes, known for their exceptional balance of tannins and acidity, this alcohol-free red wine captures all the charm of a classic Loire Valley Pinot Noir, minus the alcohol. In 2025, Divin Pinot Noir was honoured with a Gold Medal at the World Alcohol-Free Awards, confirming its status as one of the finest alcohol-free wines available today. 

Using a low-temperature vacuum distillation process, the initial wine is delicately de-alcoholised in two stages: first capturing volatile aroma compounds, then gently evaporating remaining alcohol. These aromas are then blended back into the wine to create a vibrant and flavourful drink that’s 100% alcohol-free. 

Tasting notes are elegant and expressive on the nose, with layers of red fruit including strawberries, cherries, and redcurrants, complemented by fresh herbal notes of genepi, mint, and tomato leaf. Hints of caramel and vanilla round out the bouquet. On the palate, it offers a medium structure, bright acidity, and soft tannins, refreshing yet satisfyingly full.
