Description
Divin Vigneron sparkling Chenin Blanc is a Blanc de Blancs produced in the Loire Valley, where Chenin Blanc vineyards thrive on limestone, flinty clay, and gravel soils near the historic landscapes of Chenonceau and Chambord. These conditions allow the grapes to ripen slowly and develop clarity, freshness, and expressive fruit character, all qualities essential to this alcohol-free low sparkling white wine.
This cuvée is made entirely from Chenin Blanc, with 40% of the base wine aged in large oak barrels to introduce depth and soft vanilla notes. The wine is then gently dealcoholised using carefully controlled distillation techniques that preserve aromatics and maintain balance, resulting in a sparkling profile that highlights both fruit purity and subtle oak-influenced complexity.
Divin Vigneron Blanc de Blancs shows fine, persistent effervescence with straw-gold reflections. The nose presents aromas of pear, peach, and green apple, enriched by vanilla and light caramel from partial oak ageing. On the palate, a crisp opening leads to lively bubbles, with volume, freshness, and an extended finish that brings together fruit, minerality, and gentle woody accents.
