Description
Divin Vigneron low-alcohol Sauvignon Blanc is produced in the Loire Valley from parcels of old vines, offering a low-alcohol white wine alternative with depth and precision. Part of the blend is matured in stainless-steel vats to preserve freshness, while another portion rests for ten months in oak barrels, bringing layered aromas and structure
Using vacuum distillation combined with an innovative aroma-reintegration method, the wine is gently dealcoholised to 0.5% alcohol while retaining its varietal character and complexity. This process highlights the natural profile of Sauvignon Blanc, balancing fruit purity with subtle notes derived from oak maturation
The palate shows a harmonious blend of freshness and aromatic depth, featuring white fruit, pear, blackcurrant, cherry blossom, wild nettle, vanilla, fresh wood and light coffee nuances. The gentle structure and fine fullness create a smooth tasting experience, combining bright acidity with the complexity of oak-influenced flavours.
