Made from pasteurised cow’s milk in France, raclette is a semi-hard Alpine cheese that delivers a sweet-nutty flavour that pairs perfectly with boiled potatoes, cornichons, and charcuterie.

This 400g pack of sliced raclette cheese is suitable for freezing.

Boska’s portable raclette set is fuelled by three included tea lights, which, when placed under the pan, will have the raclette cheese melted in just 40 seconds. You can also opt for a barbecue grill as a heat source. This raclette set also includes a spatula that snugly fits the cheese pan, simplifying the transfer of the melted cheese onto your preferred accompaniments.
