This baking powder is free from gluten and phosphates. A classic raising agent for cakes, puddings and scones, baking powder is known to lose its vigour when exposed to air so these handy 10g sachets will ensure you only get the very best results in your baking.
Sainte Lucie makes a high-quality range of baking ingredients, such as pistachio paste, alongside a wide range of other classic French patisserie products.
Ingredients: corn starch, baking powder (bicarbonate of sodium, monopotassium tartrate)
