Le Pere Eugene Langoustine Rillettes with Lemon 90g

These langoustine rillettes are prepared in Brittany by Le Père Eugène, close to the Atlantic coast where seafood is part of daily life. Made with langoustine, also known as scampi, the recipe combines carefully cooked shellfish with Sicilian lemon.

The texture is smooth, making it easy to spread and perfect to share on toasted bread. The flavour is balanced and fresh: the sweetness of langoustine leads, followed by light citrus notes.

These langoustine rillettes work well on blinis, or as part of a seafood starter. They pair naturally with crisp salads or simple accompaniments.

Ingredients: Norway LOBSTERS 35% (caught in the North Sea or West Scotland) (SULFITES), FISH 25% (non-EU origin), fresh CREAM, Sicilian lemon juice 6%, preserved lemon and ginger purée 4% (salted preserved lemon (44%), sunflower oil, ginger (21%), spirit vinegar, spices), shallots, carrots, chives, rice flour, salt, thickeners: xanthan and guar gum, pepper.
