This traditional French saucisson sec combines a satisfying texture and buttery-soft mouthfeel with the distinctive, savoury depth of flavour that only comes from top-quality game.

Just slice, peel off the bloomy rind if needed, and devour with fresh bread for a hearty sandwich. This sausage is also a brilliant addition to any charcuterie board or picnic spread. It pairs well with equally strong flavours such as cornichon, redcurrant or ripe cheeses.
