This smoked garlic soup is made in northern France using PGI Arleux smoked garlic, grown around Arleux in Hauts-de-France. The garlic is dried and slowly smoked over peat, which gives it its distinctive character. Supplied in a 1 litre jar, this French smoked garlic soup serves 4 and makes an easy meal to share. Produced just once a year following the harvest using garlic grown on the farm, this is a truly seasonal product with naturally limited availability.
