Echire churned salted butter has been expertly crafted for over 130 years, following a time-honoured process that guarantees its exceptional quality and taste. Produced in the historic Échiré creamery near Niort, this Charentes-Poitou PDO butter undergoes a slow 18-hour cream maturation, then is traditionally churned in wooden barrels for 2.5 hours.

The result? A uniquely smooth, velvety texture and a delicate, refined taste, perfect for elevating any dish. Serve with a seafood platter, melt it over roasted vegetables, or incorporate it into your finest pastries. Presented in a 250g motte, nestled in a wooden basket, this exquisite butter is ideal for both everyday indulgence and special occasions.
