Sainte Lucie natural Bourbon vanilla extract with seeds is made from Madagascan Bourbon vanilla beans. Produced from 100% vanilla pods, this natural vanilla extract offers a flavour close to fresh vanilla. Vanilla seeds are added (containing the equivalent of 4g of vanilla bean), giving you the same look and taste as using a whole pod, without the extra preparation.
The flavour is warm and woody, with depth that develops well in baking. It blends beautifully into custards, cakes and ice cream, adding a rounded vanilla note that stays present after cooking.
How to use Bourbon vanilla extract from Madagascar:
