Produced just by the Mediterranean sea in Provence, these Ferrigno sardines are prepared with lemon and basil and contain no added oil. The lighter recipe highlights the flavour of the fish while adding fresh Mediterranean notes.

The sardines are prepared by hand and placed on racks before steam cooking. Ferrigno does not fry its sardines, helping preserve their delicate texture and clean taste.

Lemon brings brightness, while basil adds a gentle herbal character. The result is a lighter seafood option that works well in salads, sandwiches or summer meals. Sardines are naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus.
