Caught in the Atlantic Ocean and prepared in Ferrigno’s workshops in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône, Provence, these wild mackerel fillets offer a simple and nutritious way to enjoy tinned fish. Ferrigno steams the fish on racks before carefully preparing the fillets by hand, helping preserve their delicate texture and natural flavour.

Made with just three ingredients: mackerel, spring water and salt,  these boneless fillets have a clean, mild taste and a firm yet tender texture. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus, they make an easy addition to salads, sandwiches or light meals.
