Mediterranean Anchovy Fillets in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
These Ferrigno anchovy fillets come from the Mediterranean Sea and contain only three ingredients: anchovies, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Prepared in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône in Provence, they offer a simple way to enjoy the flavour of Mediterranean fish.
The fillets have a tender texture and a savoury, balanced taste. Extra virgin olive oil helps preserve their texture while complementing the natural flavour of the anchovies.
Ferrigno prepares its anchovies by hand before placing them on racks for steam cooking in its Provence workshop. Serve them as part of an aperitif, on toasted bread or mixed into salads and pasta dishes.
