Made in France, Bacanha violet syrup captures the delicate aroma of violet flowers with a gentle sweetness and light floral finish. Its elegant flavour pairs well with drinks and desserts, bringing a distinctive touch without becoming overpowering.

Mix 1 part syrup with 8 parts still or sparkling water for a refreshing floral drink. It also complements cocktails, lemonades, sorbets, panna cotta, fruit salads and macarons, while adding natural floral flavour to baking.

Bacanha syrups contain no preservatives or artificial colouring, so the syrup has a naturally light transparent brown appearance despite its floral flavour.
