Blanc de Blancs

This sparkling Chardonnay grape juice comes from grapes grown on the Coste Blanche limestone hills in the south of France. Alain Milliat blends Chardonnay juice with 10% verjuice from white grape varieties, adding freshness and balance to the final alcohol-free sparkling drink.

The juice shows a golden colour with a slight pink tint and delicate bubbles. Aromas of roasted Mirabelle plum and heather honey lead into a palate that combines gentle sweetness with crisp acidity. Its fluid texture and sparkling finish pair well with seafood, appetisers, and light desserts. Refrigerate after opening and consume within three days.
