Le Pere Eugene Lobster Rillettes with Cognac 90g

These lobster rillettes are prepared in Brittany by Le Père Eugène. Made with lobster, known in French as homard, the recipe combines gently cooked shellfish with a touch of Cognac, mustard, and shallots for depth and balance. 

The texture is smooth yet slightly textured. The flavour is rounded and savoury, with the natural sweetness of lobster coming through followed by soft shallot notes, and a subtle lift from Cognac. This seafood spread works well for many occasions, whether served as a simple snack or as part of a starter.
