This white wine vinegar is produced in Orléans from Sauvignon grapes. It undergoes a traditional slow transformation, resting for 3 weeks in oak barrels.

The flavour is sharp yet balanced, with herbal and exotic hints. It lifts vinaigrettes, mayonnaise and marinade for seafood dishes, and vegetable preparations without overpowering them.
